Madeleine Jean Yoga.
Madeleine has always enjoyed movement as a form of self expression, but her personal yoga practice started at the beginning of college and quickly became essential to navigating periods of transitions and growth. She teaches with emphasis on mindful movement, strength building, and playful challenge, seeking to create a space both energizing and grounding.
Madeleine believes yoga can encourage us to embrace challenges without competition, encouraging mindfulness, curiosity, and connection—on and off the mat.

I’ll be teaching some spring classes at the Yoga Center Retreat in Minneapolis. Look for me on Sunday mornings.
